Our friends at UCLan: Students put learning into practice

First Year International Hospitality Management students of our friends at the University of Central Lancashire have been putting theory into practice at not one, but two dinners for family, friends and academic colleagues. Guests even included employees of high profile hospitality heavyweights such as Marriott and Radisson.
