SURVEY: The Little Touches in Hospitality

As 2019 gets underway, we're seeking to get an up to date handle on the current popularity of classic and modern hotel room details alike. We're also looking to find out those businesses which Guests view as a "hospitality heavyweight." Finally, we're throwing open the response box and handing over to you for a definition of what the phrase ''little touches'' means to you personally.
