CORAL ISLAND ASSISTANT BARS MANAGER
Coral Island is Europe’s biggest entertainment venue and one of
Blackpool’s busiest destinations. We are a quality driven operator with a
passion for high standards and strive to ‘WOW’ our customers.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Bars Manager to oversee our
Famous Buccaneer Bar, our Fantastic Bar & grill Restaurant and Flagship
Nightclub.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist in all aspects of the operation to ensure the smooth running
of the three businesses.
You will have responsibility for all the staff in the three bars, so the
ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a
professional and efficient manner is key, while encouraging, motivating and
inspiring your team.
Must be fully committed to supporting the core operational
objectives of the business needs whilst adhering to all Company Best Practises,
legal requirements and current licensing legislation.
You will be involved in staff recruitment, training, and Health/Safety
whilst maximising profit.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
§ Experience in a similar position an advantage.
§ Experience working within a busy/intense
environment.
§ Personal Licence is essential to this job role.
§ Excellent communication skills.
§ Excellent customer service skills.
§ Great attitude, who is not afraid of demanding
work!
§ Interact efficiently with all levels of the team.
§ Enthusiastic and committed approach.
§ Ability to work well as a team, as well as
independently.

RATE OF PAY
£23,000 per Annum
