Hosts with the quote
Tom did an in-depth study for us on how we could improve our 4* Guest House with Little Touches. We are going to implement several of these [concepts] and as it is coming up to our really busy season, we tend to do the changes when the illuminations finish as we are not quite so busy. The one we have chosen to do first is going to give the rooms regal names relating to the Queen Victoria era.
Overall there are various options looking at what our guests would appreciate and the report is full of wonderful ideas, he really is good at finding what people may like. Well done Tom.
Tom has been very courteous at all times, always ontime for appointments and discusses everything thoroughly. We highly recommend Tom and Little Touches.
